Co-production project of the Center for Documentary Theatre - Archa and the Trigger Festival

The creative team, consisting of Jana Svobodová, Zov Vélez, Martin Krupa, and Pavel Kotlík, will lead a six-day workshop on documentary theatre focused on the combination of authentic texts and theatrical imagery. Young German professionals will participate in a video art studio, a workshop on the technique of Perspectives and Textual Sources in Documentary Theatre, and lighting design. The result will be an immersive theatrical performance.
The workshop portion will be complemented by lessons from Ondřej Hrab on the history of socially specific theatre.

 

TRIGGER is organized by the artistic collective Theater Zwangsvorstellung e.V. in collaboration with Z-Bau Haus für Gegenwartskultur.
