Workshop Refund Policy Thank you for booking our workshop. Please review our refund policy below: Refund Eligibility: Refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the start of the first workshop session. If a refund request is received within this timeframe, we will refund the full amount paid. Non-Refundable Policy: No refunds will be issued for requests made less than 7 days before the start of the first session. Once the workshop begins, the full payment is non-refundable, regardless of whether the child attends all sessions. Missed Sessions: If a child is unable to attend one or more of the sessions, we regret that we cannot offer any partial refunds or make-up sessions.
